As part of our OCEAN BEACH SURF FILM FEST- Tunnel Records, CinemaSF and @mollusksurfshop present a free show with our all time favorite surf band, The Mermen! They’ve been doing it so long and so well, it’s really insane. From shows on the beach in the 90s to theater tours to scoring many a surf film they are pioneers of modern surf rock and cinema. Dont miss this chance to see them close to home for nothing more than a good time. Local openers @plovvermusic start the party around 130 with the Mermen to follow around 3.

All the while inside the @balboatheater free! surf films will be looping all day. Weird waves by @dylangraves along with local content followed by “Return to Zero” @amado_s at 5pm.

Finally Grant Washburn will present mavs footage past and present with an insane round table of legends (@peter_mel ! Mark Doc Renneker! Bob Battalio!) More to come soon on this tickets available now.
